HOUSTON (Reuters) – Mexico’s state-run Pemex may delay to 2020 a name to vitality corporations to kind joint ventures initially deliberate for October, amid authorities complaints that these corporations haven’t invested shortly sufficient to make good on the guarantees of the nation’s flagship reform, the vitality secretary stated on Wednesday.

Oil companies in Mexico have solely invested $800 million out of billions of {dollars} dedicated to over 100 new vitality tasks, Rocio Nahle stated on the CERAWeek convention in Houston.
